LiBeRED is a joint Lithuanian and Belgian real estate development company – private share capital fund, established for development of real estate projects in Lithuania. 66 % of the company property belongs to Belgian investors and 34 % - to Lithuanian investors.

Etapas Group performs an important role in the management and development property fund. Currently the fund pays most attention to the purchase of land, creation of development strategies and development of infrastructure in residential, recreational and industrial territories. Belgian experience and knowledge, how to increase and to optimize the life standards in Lithuania, are applied in the residential sectors.
