Concept
HOUSE AT A PRICE OF FLAT! Newly built economy class blocked houses with total area approx. 70 square meters. Houses are projected with accuracy to every square meter to meet present living standards. The main idea is to develop the concept of good quality inexpensive house for a price of a flat. 

Tasks accomplished
Technical project of the buildings was prepared and the permission for construction was received. 

Current status
Construction works of two houses are being implemented. The envisaged construction work commencement date is July 2010.
