Concept
Qualitative and mature architecture, modern solutions, functional planning, economical exploitation, qualitative and ecological materials. These are the criteria established for the development of the territory of former children’s camp “Liepsnelė” into the square of blocked residential houses. In total the project envisages 22 houses, which comprise 80-120 square meters each. For every house 2 parking places for the cars are compulsory to be design.

Tasks accomplished
The parcel of land was formed and registered. Pre-project offers for the development of the project were prepared. The detailed plan of the parcel of land is prepared and approved.
