Currently, we are developing a business center located at Savanorių Ave, in Kaunas. UAB Libered manages part of the existing 0.878 ha territory. The plan is to turn this territory into a modern 18,965 sq m complex of newly built administrative buildings, with 75% of A-B class office premises and 25% of commercial premises. There is also the possibility to install a parking lot for 677 cars.
