We have built a 1700 m2 industrial building with an outdoor storage site of almost 0,8 ha and handed over to our tenant “Magnaplast” in January, 2018. 220 m2 administrative premises are also built in the warehouse. Whille operations of the tenant are successfully developed, the outdoor storage site is being expanded to 14 000m2 total are, by March, 2020.
