A realized project of a multifunctional business complex, located at 9 and 11 Maironis str. in Kaunas. City centre-based buildings were newly renovated and transformed into a modern business profile complex, which accommodated “DIA” restaurant, “NOX” night club, bureaus and a vocational school.
The building was designed from two separate land lots, by changing the buildings’ purpose, bringing new communications and organizing an overhaul. A building complex of 2511 m2 was adjusted for the requirements and tenant needs of today. The object was sold to a financial investor after being fully rented.
