A automated car wash project, located at 22 Baltų pr. in Kaunas, developed and realized with Bolds Property Partners. Automated car wash – includes a tunnel and a dry-cleaning self-service zone. A leasehold agreement was signed with operator UAB “Švaros broliai”.
The car wash started operating in April, 2016, and was sold to a private investor as a long-term financial investment.
