Together with Bolds Property Partners and investors on a 4300m2 land plot in Savaaboriu av. 441A, Kaunas, we have built so far the longest automated carwash building in the Baltics, and handed it over to our tenant UAB “Švaros broliai”. A cleaning service provider, with 20 years of operation history, has mounted specialized equipment into the building, which can wash more than 200 automobiles per hour! In parallel we have to build a 6 lot car interior cleaning building with administrative premises.
